What are Insight records?

Insight records allow you to store contact or account data such as order history, web behaviour or a product catalog. This data can then be used for targeting and personalisation. Find out more in our Help Center

What if I go over my email send limit?

If you send above your limits we’ll notify you with an option to upgrade or pay for the additional emails. We try to make it as easy as possible for you to be on the best value email sending plan.

How does the free trial work?

A free trial lets you try dotmailer for 14 days. You’ll find that there are a couple of limits on the software, like the number of emails you can send. But other than that, you’ll get to experience the full depth and breadth of the dotmailer platform.

What services do we offer?

Free technical support (24/5) is available to all customers. Most also have a account management. Experts with marketing automation & strategy are also on hand to help.

How long until I’m up and running?

You can setup your free trial today. Your onboarding manager will aim to get you fully up and running as fast as possible.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept most credit cards and, for high-volume senders and larger organizations. We can support invoicing as well.

Do I need to pay for onboarding?

We'll help you migrate from your current supplier to us. We offer a range of onboarding solutions depending on the complexity of your email requirements. There may be a fee for this service.

What currencies are accepted?

The prices above are in GBP. We also can also take payment in USD, EUR, AUD and some other local currencies.

How do you ensure my emails reach the inbox?

We take email deliverability seriously. Our team of deliverability experts ensure that best practices are complied with. Additional deliverability consultancy services are available to customers.

Is there a discount for nonprofits?

Is my data safe?
