Verification security feature

As a part of our security enhancement programme, we recently introduced a new security feature that requires you to click a link in a verification email if you try to access your dotMailer account from a computer or location which is unknown to us.

If you attempt to login from a pc that is not your normal computer (i.e. the one you used to register your original account with), you will see the following message:

At this point you will be automatically sent the email below, asking you to verify your login. (N.B. If you can't see this email in your inbox then please check your 'junk' folder too).

This is a security message from dotMailer.

In order to log in to your dotMailer account from this computer, please click on the verification link below to register your computer.
