Key Accounts Manager

Job Summary

We need a Key Accounts Manager, possibly already on the client side of dotMailer, who will take on the challenge of working with our key accounts and existing clients to develop their relationship with dotMailer.

The role involves a good deal of account handling, working with clients on a proactive basis to understand their needs and help dotMailer to meet them. You'll also be working with both our client service and support team, helping to develop and grow members of these teams and ensure a smooth running service.

We work with numerous clients so it is key that you are able multi task, prioritise and schedule your own work load. You will be working with a range of businesses and organisations including, agencies, SME’s, high street brands and blue chip corporations, providing the reassurance of person-to-person client contact.
Opportunities will arise to work with our professional services team offering paid consultancy to our client base.

A background in email marketing is essential - ideally you will have had experience of dotMailer's tools or similar - along with successful team management experience and people skills.

The person

A vibrant, confident, articulate and commercially experienced individual, who understands the challenges and opportunities facing email marketers - from their own experience of being client side, or from agency side.

A keen opportunity-spotter, you'll have the sense to recognise buying signals whilst taking a consultative approach to learning and understanding how dotMailer and the dotDigital Group PLC's range of products and services can further help our clients to grow. You'll enjoy working to targets and mentoring your team to achieve their targets.
