Graduate Trainee Sales Consultant

The role

You'll be working with numerous sources of sales leads, from enquiries via our website to contacts from advertisements or trade fairs and an increasing number of word-of-mouth recommendations. We also expect our Sales Consultants to be confident in generating their own leads.

You'll make the first contact from dotMailer, giving people the reassurance that for a web-based company, we are unusually hot on professional, person-to-person customer contact. At times, you'll be helping people through our online demo and possibly answering some technical questions.

dotMailer is the market leader in email marketing, boasting clients such as The Fairtrade Foundation, Eden Project, Storm Watches, Kodak, Microsoft Hotmail, Shell and Tarmac. Our full services agency provides not only email marketing, but a full suite of online solutions including website design and build, microsites, SEO, PPC, Content Management Systems and survey tools. Since starting up in 1999, dotMailer has grown considerably and we are now looking for graduates for our East Croydon office and our new office opening shortly in Salford Quays, Manchester.
